When placing your order at our online store, it is very important that the billing address you provide matches the address on your credit card statement. If your billing address does not match, during the verification process one of our helpful staff members will be in touch with you to confirm your address. Similarly, if you’re shipping to an address that differs from your billing address, we may call to confirm your order.

We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard for purchases made online. Purchases are charged to your account at the time you place your order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash and checks for in-store payments. Unless certified, cheque payments are subject to a 5 to 10 business day clearing period. Merchandise will not be released until your cheque has cleared.
Store credits cannot be transferred to another customer and can only be redeemed in-store (we are unable to process store merchandise credits online).
If you’ve made a deposit on an order you’ve placed in-store, but can’t visit the store in person to pay the balance of your order, we can process your payment via a secure online payment gateway.
